Originally from Melbourne, Juliet’s interest in nature stems from her younger years spent exploring Victoria’s Mallee region where her dad grew up, and the Mornington Peninsula where she spent most of her holidays. Many of her fondest childhood memories are of camping in the outback and adventurous beach days with family and friends. She graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2012 with a Bachelor of Environment, majoring in Geographies, Politics and Cultures.
Juliet is the Community Outreach Manager of Wild Melbourne and pursues her interests in natural and social sciences through the mediums of photography, nature expeditions and communication. She also works in conservation and land management, where she takes delight in working with like-minded people who are also passionate about our environment. She endeavours to inspire people to connect with our wild spaces, so that they can be appreciated by everyone and protected for the future.
